Retail park “Marti”, located in Srdoči, Rijeka, near Vrata Jadrana (entrance of Istra). The only retail park in Srdoči (town part of Rijeka).
Retail park “Marti”, Srdoči (Marinkovac), Rijeka was opened on 22nd August 2019.
Retail park “Marti”, Srdoči (Marinkovac), Rijeka complete GLA of both annexes approx. 8000 m2. The project started to build in March 2018.
All the indicators are showing positive reasons for this location:
• 20,000 people (young families) population in zone one, 1,5 km radius – Srdoči
• 120,000 people population in zone two, 15 km radius (9 km from Opatija, 11 km from Tower Center Rijeka)
• Retail park “Marti” is located in Martinkovac, a “premium” family and business zone of Rijeka, 1 – 10 mins walking to the retail park, near a very busy road junction which enjoys a continuous flow of traffic throughout the day and night.
• A high volume of summer tourist passing traffic including coaches traveling to and from the Croatian coast from Slovenia, Italia, Austria etc.
• McDonald’s at Vrata Jadrana is located 2,1 km (4 mins driving) from the shopping retail park.
